The Blaser Skeet Classic, the first major NSSA shoot of the year, wrapped up Sunday evening, March 20, at the National Shooting Complex. Shooters found the targets to be excellent, even with a little added difficulty from a slight breeze on Friday and Saturday. NSSA reports a higher turnout for junior, collegiate, and new shooters at the Blaser than in years past.
Josh Poole‘s score of 399 won the HOA title outright, a two-target edge over runner-up Paul Giambrone III. James R. Barnard III finished third with 396. Helen Swetman earned the Lady Championship at 388.
